I received a big pallet full of stuff and was really pleased at how carefully it had been packed - frames separated by cardboard to prevent scratching and rattling, small pieces inside covered by decking, all strapped down tight enough, but not so tight as to bend or damage anything.
I hope somebody lets those folks know they're doing a great job.
And yeah, the frames themselves are fine too.

4 of 5 scaffold frames nice, needs coupling pins May 10, 2017

These frames seem to be the same thing as the Bil Jax I bought more than 15 years ago, and the price is incredible. Shipping costs you but well worth it cost-wise compared to local suppliers. Buying from Scaffold Express allowed me to buy an extra two aluminum planks and extra set of screw jacks for at least $200 less with the shipping included in the cost.

However, I would give 5 stars easily but these frames should come with coupling pin, rivet, and cotter pin. Add to price and include. I can't imagine why anyone would buy without a coupling pin attached! It just makes ordering harder. If someone can give me a good reason to order without the pins I will change to 5 star but I still think it should be a standard inclusion. Again, I'm not asking for it to be free.

Service is very good. Check your junk mail for the custom shipping quote. It might help if they were to add such a suggestion to the order email, which I received in my inbox and not in junk mail.
