Bent Base Plate July 22, 2022 Reviewer: DPS from Sandusky, MI United States   The company was great to work with!  Their payment process could be streamlined a bit, but calling the info in to the company is probably safer in the long run.  Emailing it is not necessarily more secure, as emails can be hacked. When the scaffolding jacks arrived, the boxes were extremely beat up; holes everywhere!  One of the base plates on one of the jacks was bent.  I was able to straighten it, so I didn't contact the company to complain.  Hopefully they will see this review, and do something to strengthen their boxes when shipping something that has the potential of poking through the sides.
